At Studio Gaven we not only strive to meet our guests’ expectations, but exceed them!



Gratuities

It’s not expected, but you may opt to compliment your provider.  Etiquette recommends 10 to 20 percent of your bill, however we do not process gratuities on credit cards. You may write a check to your provider directly and an ATM machine is available for your convenience.  Tip envelopes are provided at the front desk if you wish to leave a gratuity in the form of cash or check.

Cancellation

We realize that with life’s ever changing needs, situations may prevent you from keeping your reservation with is.  We ask that you please give us at least 24 hours notice when canceling so that we may fill your reservation with another guest who may be pending for that position in our schedule.

Protecting Your Property

For all guests receiving colour services, we request that you change out of any personal garments and into one of our comfortable robes for the duration of your visit.  By doing so, you ensure that all the colour we use to perform services will stay in its intended place – your hair.  We also request that you be mindful of your handbag and make sure that it is safely out of harm’s way.  We cannot except responsibility for any items damaged during your visits with us if this policy is not observed.

Giving Back to Our Guests

Accumulate points with our Studio Guest Rewards program for your purchases, guest referrals, and pre-booking reservations.  Points can be redeemed at any time for services or retail.  All guest are enrolled on their first visit. In order to redeem your points, we ask for a valid email address.  We will protect your contact information from release without prior consent and only use your email for confirmations and special promotions.
