Your appointments are very important to us at Studio Gaven. All of our policies are designed to ensure we provide a high level of professional and personalized services for our guests.
Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you and requires a credit card on file to reserve any hair or skin care services.
When to Arrive
We ask that you arrive a few minutes prior to the start time of your service to fill out any required forms and/or change into a chemical service robe. We have a relaxing lobby with beverages for you to enjoy upon arrival. Arriving more than 10 minutes late for your appointment may result in your service provider not having sufficient time to complete your services and our Cancellation Policy may be applied. (see policy below)
Cancellation Policy – Hair & Skin Care
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we require 24-hours notification. Missed appointments without the proper 24 hours notice to salon reception are subject to a 100% charge for reserved services.
Cancellation & Deposit Policy – Hair Extensions & Special Services
(such as Permanent Hair Straightening, Perms, Hair Smoothing, Color Services more than 3 hours, color corrections, double process color)
We require a credit card on file and a non-refundable deposit of half the cost of your service plan for all Hair Extensions and Special Services. The deposit will be charged and applied at the time the reservation is made. All deposits will be credited to the total service amount at check-out on the day of your appointment.
All Hair Extensions & Special Services cancellations require a 72-hours notice. Cancelling your Hair Extensions & Special Services appointment less than 72 hours in advance will result in retaining the full deposit with no credits or credit of the fee moving forward on any other salon services.
